Order Management - Lead-time Analyst
Location - Southampton, Totton.
Salary - £25,167.52 per annum
Hours - Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Purpose of Job
Gather information daily by reports and shipping information to ensure accurate data is entered into Oracle to support customer orders.
Liaise daily with planners to determine correct lead times dates for products.
Manage all orders by updating schedule dates.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage all orders by updating schedule dates.
* Gather information daily by reports and shipping information to ensure accurate data is entered into Oracle to support customer orders.
* Liaise daily with planners to determine lead times dates for products.
* Allocate orders in conjunction with planning to ensure supply and availability.
* Create and communicate accurate schedule and lead time information via the lead time report for use by OM team, Customer Care, Planning and Sales.
* Receive and resolve email queries from OM team on availability of products.
* Communicate lead-time changes to internal customers daily.
* Update Lead-time table with discontinued Items and replacement information daily.
* Update the Lead-time tables with new product launch Product Announcement dates weekly.
Technical Requirements
* Computer literate
* Excel experience is essential
* Oracle experience
* Experience in Microsoft packages
