Excellent Opportunity!
An HR Advisor role has now become available to shape and refine our clients HR and recruitment processes. You will be supporting hiring managers and assisting with the preparation of job descriptions. You will work with marketing teams to modernise and improve their digital platforms to attract candidates and also liaise with recruitment agencies and direct candidates to organise interviews through to offer stage, and inducting new starters.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong HR recruitment background and have a key understanding of the hiring process, current market demands and competition in order to attract and hire top talent. You will also be heavily involved in the Employee Relations (ER) side of the function. Therefore it's very important that you have a good understanding of employment law and are CIPD Level 5 qualified.
What's involved for the HR Advisor…
Support hiring managers to fill job openings
Liaise with recruitment agencies and direct candidates to arrange interviews
Coach and guide managers around best recruitment practices
Conduct telephone screenings
Extend job offers to candidates
Verify ID and employment checks
Create a PSL and SLA's to ensure excellent performance
Compile reports for HR purposes
