Job Description
Play a key role in creating, developing, and delivering relevant and entertaining content to different audiences, both internally and externally which includes:
* Supporting the implementation of the digital and social media strategy including content creation, social media planning, scheduling and execution
* Website maintenance and content management
* Contributing well-written stories and articles for our internal media channels through idea creation, interviews and research
* Supporting media relations through content creation and media monitoring
* Administration including raising and processing invoices
* Creating and updating weekly and monthly reports
* External project support
Qualifications
Studying for an undergraduate degree in either HR, Psychology or Business Studies, and required to take a placement as part of your course.
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
* Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines
* Able to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
* Good, clear telephone manner
* Friendly individual with excellent interpersonal and customer skills and gets on well with others
You are required to have a full, valid UK driving license for this role.
Additional Information
This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2025. This position is open to undergraduate students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.
Location: you will be based at the Denham office.
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
