Brook Street are now recruiting Customer Service Administrators for our Dingwall based client
You will work in a team environment with the latest technology supporting clients. You will be monitoring a very busy inbox, completing administration tasks and following all GDPR procedures. You will also be assisting clients with their appeal queries. This is a fast paced, team environment where your managers will work alongside you to achieve fantastic results.
What will you be doing:
Administer and maintain the businesses email system.
Responding to emails using guides provided
Updating client records
What are we looking for:
Our client is seeking candidates who have a personality, a positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn. Some administration experience would be an advantage.
