HRLife Ltd is a fast-paced commercial business with diverse daily tasks, seeking a skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR Advisory, specifically in Employee Relations, with examples of dealing with complex cases, ACAS Conciliation, settlement agreements, and redundancy processes.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right individual to grow professionally while working closely with the outsourced ER provider, reviewing high-risk cases, and supporting the delivery of services.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the outsourced ER service and internal line managers
* Provide expert case management support on complex ER cases
* Develop and deliver training programs on ER best practices, Investigations, Disciplinary, Grievance, Appeals, and UK Employment Legislation
* Undertake project work, researching the latest trends and related materials
* Support Subject Access Requests and prepare documentation for employment tribunals
The successful candidate will be a natural problem-solver, comfortable working autonomously, and able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
This position comes with a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, as well as hybrid working arrangements with 3 days a week in the office.
