You will collaborate with construction companies to identify workforce needs, apprenticeship opportunities, and training requirements, and facilitate partnerships to address skills gaps and enhance employment prospects and then work with partners to align suitable programmes to their needs. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer services skills, experience in community engagement and outreach activities, have a proven track record of successful collaboration with different stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and will have familiarity of the challenges within the construction sector.
