Make sure they have everything they need for meetings and send emails on their behalf. Meeting and Event Coordination: Organise virtual meetings on Microsoft Teams, set up agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items. Project Management: Help plan, coordinate, and execute business development and marketing projects using HubSpot and Canva. (Don’t worry we will teach you how) Sales Research: Create lists of potential clients using Apollo. Schedule sales calls and manage the sales pipeline. Reports: Prepare presentations, reports, and documents. Do research and compile data for reports using PDF, PowerPoint, or business strategies. Client Management: Manage key contacts, ensure timely follow-ups, and build relationships using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
