We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join and lead our growing people-first marketing department. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing—and ready to deliver hands on outstanding results —we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution - Develop and oversee integrated paid advertising strategies across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) in alignment with company objectives. Ensure all campaigns are set up for success, from planning to execution and optimization. Budget Management Own the performance marketing budget, allocating daily spend to maximize ROI across campaigns. Track spend closely, re-allocating resources as necessary to meet business goals. Keyword & Audience Research - Drive in-depth research to identify high-performing keywords and audiences. Work with the marketing and design teams to develop creative messaging that resonates with target segments. Ad Creation & Optimization - Oversee development of compelling ad copy and creatives, collaborating closely with the design team. Implement ongoing testing strategies, refining tactics based on performance data. Performance Analysis & Reporting - Monitor key KPIs (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and provide clear, data-driven insights in weekly and monthly reports. Recommend and implement improvements to scale performance and meet overarching business objectives. Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment - Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Content) to ensure campaign objectives complement broader company goals. Act as the main point of contact for performance marketing initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment across departments. Team Leadership & Development - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketers, ensuring professional growth and consistent achievement of campaign objectives. Provide guidance on day-to-day campaign execution while fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation The Ideal Candidate 3 years of experience in performance marketing (with proven success leading projects or teams). Expert-level understanding of Meta platforms is required. Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies. Adept at analyzing campaign data using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok), leveraging insights to improve campaign performance. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. What’s in It for You?
