Position: Property Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent – 37.5 hours per week
Location: Baginton, Coventry (but will need to work across our Coventry & Ryton Hubs)
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday

About the role:
To perform property related administrative duties and provide support to the Property Team as required.
* Answering Property queries by telephone, email, post or in person
* Operating company EBIS system
* Reviewing and approving department invoices
* Dealing with daily building related issues
* Arranging quotations, raising orders and booking in jobs
* Liaising with Suppliers, Contractors, Landlords, Agents, Site Managers and other internal Heads of Departments
* Devising and maintaining office systems and filing/updating SharePoint
* Assisting with building compliance requirements
* Assisting with Department Budgetary Control
* Property audit preparation support
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise administrative tasks effectively
* A methodical and thorough approach to work
* Exceptional attention to detail skills
* A desire to show Initiative
* Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
