As our executive head, you will:
Lead & Inspire : Manage and support three Heads of School, working collaboratively to drive improvements and uphold the highest standards in education and safeguarding.
Ensure Excellence : Maintain compliance with statutory guidance, policies, and Independent School Standards (ISS), ensuring an outstanding provision for students.
Champion Inclusion & Wellbeing : Promote student and staff wellbeing while fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
Drive Performance : Oversee school operations, ensuring they are always inspection-ready and meeting key performance indicators.
Build Strong Relationships : Work effectively with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and the wider community, to enhance student outcomes.
Safeguard & Support : Act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) when required and oversee high-level safeguarding cases.
What Were Looking For:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader * with a passion for transforming education. the ideal candidate will have:*
Qualifications :
A recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS).
A degree or equivalent .
NPQH and/or NPQEL (desirable).
Leadership & Management Skills :
A track record of school improvement and change management .
Strong ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
Confidence to provide professional support and challenge at all levels.
Safeguarding & Student Support :
Extensive knowledge of safeguarding, inclusion, and pastoral care .
Experience in managing students with challenging behaviours.
Operational Expertise :
A deep understanding of the Ofsted inspection framework for independent schools .
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and make data-driven decisions.
The Offer
Salary : £55,000 per annum + £3,600 car allowance.
Contract : Full-time, with travel across three regional schools.
