UKI Autobag Service and Applications Manager
Job Description: UKI Field Service Coordinator based in Worcestershire.
Aim of the Role: We are looking for a driven individual to work in our busy field service team as a field service coordinator. This vital role ensures effective communication between our customers and technical team while supporting our team of field service engineers and carrying out the administrative tasks to ensure we provide an excellent service to our customers.
Working closely with and reporting to the UKI Technical Service Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
* Striving to achieve a common goal of customer service excellence.
* Taking calls on our technical help line, understanding then communicating with the team to ensure our customers receive the technical help they require within a specific time frame.
* Quoting where required, scheduling installations, maintenance visits, and breakdown callouts for the field service team to ensure their time is managed efficiently, maintaining a high level of utilized hours and ensuring customer expectations are met.
* Quoting and setting up new service/warranty agreements and managing the renewal process.
* Placing orders for new machines and spare parts when required.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, demonstrating initiative and contribution to process improvement.
* Experience with Microsoft packages.
* Knowledge of SAP and Service Max is an advantage.
* Sound geographical knowledge of the UK to utilize route planning to limit travel time.
