Boden group are currently working in partnership with a Property management consultancy who require Stock Condition Surveyors to work across the Nottingham and Derby area.
Our client is a property consultant who is responsible for delivering a large programme of condition assessments, capturing information utilising asset management software on a tablet PC. This project is likely to last around 6 months.
The ideal candidates should have experience of conducting Stock Condition Surveys and experience of Damp and Mould inspections.
