Customer Services Advisor
Location: North Hertfordshire
Pay: £12.07 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:45 – 17:00
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to provide high-quality support and solutions across a range of services, including Tax, Housing, Waste, and Environmental Health.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, social media, and face-to-face interactions.
Log and manage customer feedback, including comments, compliments, and complaints.
Resolve enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Perform administrative tasks to support council services.
Represent with professionalism and excellent communication. What We Are Looking For:
