Managing day-to-day queries from Landlords and Tenants. Collaborating with the Lettings team to ensure a smooth and efficient lettings process. The successful candidate will have: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High standard of customer care and service provision. Attention to detail and be able to work under pressure. Good IT skills.
