Job Description
1. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
2. Screening & Shortlisting: Review applications, conduct initial screening calls, and create shortlists of qualified candidates for further stages.
3. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment consultants to understand role requirements and provide valuable insights on the candidate market.
5. Candidate Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
The Successful Applicant
1. Proven experience in recruitment resourcing or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
3. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
4. Proactive approach to sourcing and attracting candidates, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
6. Experience in high-volume recruitment is advantageous.
