Our client, a well-respected firm based in Edinburgh, is seeking an Administrator / Receptionist to support their Chartered Accountant tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, professional individual to join a friendly and dynamic office environment. The role will be available due to retirement and offers the chance to be part of a respected team. Key Responsibilities: Reception duties including answering calls and greeting clients Managing and coordinating appointments and diary scheduling for the tax team Preparing and serving tea and coffee to clients and colleagues Hosting meetings and ensuring clients are made to feel welcome Providing administrative support to the Chartered Accountant tax team, including document preparation and filing Handling general office tasks such as managing office supplies and coordinating internal communications Assisting with office systems, including managing client correspondence and other ad hoc duties Key Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator, ideally within an accounting or professional services environment (bonus if you have experience supporting accountants) Strong organisational and diary management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite A friendly and welcoming attitude, with a professional approach to handling clients and colleagues Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment Whats on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package A supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to work with a team of experienced Chartered Accountants Career development and growth opportunities To apply, please send your CV to ADZN1_UKTJ
