Vice President for Customer Success & Support
The Company is seeking a Vice President for EMEA Customer Success and Support. This executive role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of world-class service to customers in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for all customer success and support delivery activities, acting as the key representative for EMEA in the global leadership team, and will be the escalation point for strategic customer issues. The role also involves driving area-level profitability, managing P&L, and leading the development of new service offerings. The VP will be expected to standardize best practices, develop customer-centric strategies, and continuously improve operational processes. Staff leadership, including hiring and mentoring, is a key aspect of the position.
Applicants must have a proven leadership background in technical support and at least one other key functional area, a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience, and a strong technical background in network architectures with cybersecurity knowledge. The role requires executive presence, strong business and financial acumen, and a track record of operational excellence. A minimum of 5 years' experience in technical roles, 5 years with enterprise customers, and 5 years in management is essential, along with a strong track record in customer success. The ideal candidate will be a driven, self-motivated leader with excellent communication, multitasking, and adaptability skills, and a passion for customer service.
