Derive Care are looking for detail-oriented, professional, and organised Human Resource Executive to join our Cardiff team!
As a HR Executive working for Derive Care, you will provide human resource advice and support to all levels of the company.
The ideal candidate will be required to communicate with and advise employees, identifying best practices across other HR organisations. The candidate must be highly organised, able to multi-task effectively, and have an excellent grasp of HR procedures.

Main responsibilities:
1. Provide administration support for the HR department ensuring we are compliant with all regulatory requirements.
2. Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
3. Recruit, interview, and hire employees ensuring all necessary checks, including DBS and reference checks, are complete adhering to recruitment guidelines.
4. Produce accurate offer letters and employment contracts for all successful candidates.
5. Complete and maintain all staff compliance records ensuring regularly that staff files are up-to-date and correct.
6. Conduct and attend any meetings necessary and record minutes.
7. Manage employee relation issues and any problems or complaints.
8. Liaise with employees on a regular basis if there have been any changes to contracts, terms and conditions etc.
9. Work with our payroll and accounts department on any changes or updates.
10. Onboard staff onto our pension scheme program.
11. Ensure all training is up to date, correct and complete.
12. Monitor HR rules and regulations to ensure policies are reviewed and updated as and when required.

You will need to:
1. Have at least 1 year experience in a HR role within the health and social care sector.
2. Have great knowledge of HR policies and procedures as well as up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
3. Have a minimum level 3 CIPD qualification.
4. Be a dependable and well-communicated individual.
5. Have strong attention to detail working to a high degree of accuracy.
6. Work efficiently as part of a team and as an individual.
Shift Pattern:
9am-4pm, 4 days a week.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
