We currently have opportunities for Graduates to join our Business Leadership Graduate scheme on a permanent contract based in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham & Staverton, Gloucester.
Our Programme
Joining an Ontic Business Leadership graduate scheme will give you an opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into practice whilst rotating throughout your chosen department learning and developing as you go. Completing this 2 year scheme will provide you with a solid foundation to support your career at Ontic where your role will have a direct impact on the success of the business and where you can start your journey to become a future leader.
You’ll take responsibility early on and be involved in fast moving business critical projects from the very start. You’ll be inquisitive, thriving on new experiences and challenges and constantly seeking out new learning opportunities.
From day one, you’ll be encouraged, supported and listened to. You’ll be expected to take ownership of tasks, using your initiative to solve problems and collaborating with colleagues to achieve success.
Over the course of the scheme well provide you with the resources you need to help you grow personally and professionally. Formal coaching sessions, Mentors and on-the-job training and workshops, in addition to support for the completion of professional qualifications will help you achieve your full potential.
At the end of the programme you’ll move on to a permanent role where your drive and performance can accelerate your career.
Who we’re looking for
In order to succeed as a Graduate with Ontic youll need to have achieved or be predicted to achieve at least a 2:1 in a Business relevant Degree.
We look for more than just a degree; you’ll need a growth mindset and the ability to work in an ever-changing environment. You’ll be curious, flexible, resilient, analytical, and most of all – you’ll be truly collaborative.
You won’t mind rolling your sleeves up to help make things better or removing barriers to get the job done.
