Our Retail Trainers work alongside our Operations Managers & General Managers to help deliver service that sells alongside outstanding hospitality. The ideal Retail Trainer will need to be able to walk into any of our business’ and inspire our people to want to grow & develop, live & breathe Youngs hospitality and standards, facilitate with Y-Factor sessions plus much more. This is a varied role, and you’ll be part of the best People Team around The role is field based and although many of our pubs are in London & the home counties, the role will require travel as far as Bristol, Devon, Norfolk and in between, as well as our Wandsworth office. What we look for in a Retail Trainer: Experience & passion for the hospitality industry Confident and energetic presenting style Enthusiasm, creativity & positivity Experience in a training role, or hospitality management role with proven team training and development skills Ability to work flexibly, pro-active and organised in managing your own diary A bility to build strong relationships within the business Driving license is essential Responsibilities Creating and delivering 'Service Master' sessions for every area (alongside our other wonderful Retail Trainer Issy) Supporting Operations Managers to deliver Y-Factor roadshows Creating investment training plans & supporting to deliver as required Supporting and delivering with ad-hoc pub team training sessions Supporting the development of our Supervisors & Assistant Managers Promoting and managing Young's' 'Glorious Hospitality' page and bringing it to life in the pubs Working with suppliers to deliver product training sessions Thinking of new brilliant ways to inspire our teams What We Offer Our People: Upto £40,000 per annum annul bonus Company car (work travel can be expensed) Private health insurance 26 days holiday per year Your own development and apprenticeships 20% discount in all Young’s pubs and hotels Share Save Scheme Company Pension Scheme ‘We believe in developing our people to delight our customers’
