Description
We have a strong team of marketeers, designers, developers, account managers, and sales folk – we’re looking to strengthen our team with a confident, friendly, enthusiastic, and organised account manager who can clearly and politely liaise with clients and offer the professional level of support we are known for!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing digital marketing agency in Cheshire as a junior account manager. Responsibilities span the full range of client support and taking responsibility for the delivery of digital projects for new and existing clients.
Clear and demonstrable experience of managing all stages of a project from research and planning to managing resources and on-time delivery will be paramount to this position.
Key Responsibilities
* Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
* Working with agency colleagues to devise campaign/project plans that meet the client’s brief and budget
* Work with third parties
* Presenting campaign/project ideas and creative work
* Arranging and attending meetings
* Complete research for new business meetings and pitch writing
* Be aware of all work flowing through the studio and manage the developers/designers' work priorities on a daily basis
* Track hours against project budget
* Take responsibility for ensuring every piece of work that leaves the agency is 100% accurate and signed off
* Testing websites
* Copy checking/proofreading
* Dealing with technical support queries, raising tickets, and liaising with clients
* Maintain internal systems – Basecamp, QuickBooks, JIRA, Trello, SharePoint
* Use Google Analytics regularly to monitor the success of clients’ websites and identify issues and opportunities.

Entry Requirements
* 18+
* Driving licence beneficial
* No allergies due to there being an office dog
* Must have GCSE Maths and English
* No criminal record
Training to be Provided
Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training, remotely, twice a month.
You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your dedicated tutor-led meetings on MS Teams and gather any on-the-job evidence needed to supplement your studies.
You will be required to complete assessments and portfolio work during your tutor-led meetings and take part in any additional training courses that the company requires you to complete.
Future Prospects
Upon successful completion, you may be offered a full-time position with the company.
