Position Overview
Loftware is constantly on the lookout for Senior Account Executives who actively speak German. The Account Executive position provides a unique opportunity to run a “business within Loftware”. The Senior Account Executive will personally target our existing largest customers in one of the verticals (CPD, industrial, or life sciences), as well as benefit from ongoing revenue generated by the inside sales team. The great news is that the Company has a large existing customer base within each vertical market, the domain knowledge, the Marketing Machine, industry-leading solutions, and executive know-how that will support your success.
Location: UK or Germany, active German speaker
Responsibilities
* Identify and manage license and services sales opportunities within enterprise level Loftware customers and prospects.
* Work with supporting Inside Sales and Sales Development Representatives to coordinate and execute prospecting campaigns to a select set of target organizations.
* Manage and maintain sales opportunities within a defined industry in the AMER region.
* Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews with Sales and Marketing Leadership.
* Develop and implement sales strategies that align with market demands and consumer behavior.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and suppliers.
* Achieve the company's growth targets by meeting and exceeding defined quotas.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* 5+ years’ experience selling ERP, WMS or Supply Chain, SaaS solutions.
* German speaker.
* Proven success of selling “deeper and wider.”
* Experience selling to both existing accounts and net new business.
* Comprehensive understanding of the consumer products and retail supply chain, including distribution channels, retail operations, and merchandising.
* Skilled at qualifying large opportunities and executing a value and solution-based sales process.
* Demonstrated ability to network and work effectively with strategic partners, i.e. SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards.
* Knowledge of solution and value-based selling methodologies with strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close high-value deals.
* Verifiable track record of achieving/exceeding quota.
