What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
All candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:
* 12AB Traffic Management Foreman with IPV
Duties May Include:
* Driving an IPV.
* Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
* Delivering site daily briefings.
* Having a competent understanding and implementation of the ‘Raising The Bar’ document.
* Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.
* Working alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
* Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
* Ensuring the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
* Being aware of and complying with the provided RAMS.
* Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
* Ensuring safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
* Completing Risk Assessments.
* Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting plant & vehicle defects.
