My client, a well-established and ambitious advisor, is embarking on their next stage of growth and is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to join their team and help shape the future of the business.

The team has grown from a single advisor to a robust group of 10, including advisors, paraplanners, investment specialists, and administrative staff.
The Role
As Practice Manager, youll work closely with the business owner to implement the firms vision, manage operations, and oversee the growth of the newly established directly authorised entity. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll have a genuine impact on the direction and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Operations : Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
2. Team Management : Conduct 1:1s, manage staff performance, and resolve team issues.
3. Vision Implementation : Translate the owners goals for growth into actionable plans that drive results.
4. Data and Analysis : Review sales data and analyse call recordings to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
