With a vast portfolio of commercial and industrial real estate spanning over 15 million sq ft and an additional 4.5 million sq ft in the pipeline, we’re constantly growing and are actively seeking driven individuals to join our team.
Your key duties as a Quantity Surveyor will be:
1. An ability to understand and comply with Company Procedures.
2. Attend client and internal briefing meetings.
3. Liaise with clients when required.
4. Be able to work on and cost multiple projects at any given time.
5. Price and agree all contract variations in a timely manner whilst maximizing their entitlement.
6. Understand and make allowances for compliance.
7. Work closely with suppliers/subcontractors to achieve the best price.
8. Compile detailed cost plans in line with brief.
9. Carry out surveys to assist with design and quantifying.
10. Determine how progress will impact cost.
11. Influence project decision-making with cost advice.
12. Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the manager.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your role within the organization and the overall business objectives.
