They are currently seeking a permanent Operations Administrator to join their growing and dynamic team. Responsibilities: -Manage Technicians diaries, allocating time, organising equipment and parts -Plan and organise works accordingly -Check and approve sales surveyor reports and pricing documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and technical compliance -Develop good understanding of clients business and develop close working relationship with clients, technicians, and area managers to assist with enquiries -Ensure that all job activity is fully recorded -Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and customer care standards -Keep stakeholders informed of timelines, deadlines and any changes -Build strong working relationships, to work collaboratively -General administration duties Candidate Attributes: - Previous experience working in a scheduling or customer service role. - Good geographical knowledge of the UK. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise with a "can do" attitude. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
