The successful educator will be working in a full-time role (8:30am-3:30pm) and is required to start in school in January. The Role: - Provide encouragement and support during core foundation subjects. - Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs of Key Stage 2 students. - Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies. - Help create a positive and stimulating learning environment. Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Relevant experience working with children, preferably within a school setting. - Knowledge of the KS2 Curriculum and methods to support this - Relevant qualifications or training in education or training in education or childcare (desirable but not essential).
