GDC registration DBS check Experience: You will have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Dental Therapist working within a practice environment. Experience in providing dental therapy within a private practice is essential You will be able to provide a portfolio of work demonstrating competency in Clinical Photography, Rubber dam isolation techniques, Adhesive dentistry and advanced periodontal management. You will have experience in shaping development of younger colleagues and implementing care pathways within a modern-day practice. Activites: Display confidence and composure in conducting a great patient interaction including new patient consultations and oral health reviews. Have proficiency in diagnosing primary oral diseases and engage in collaborative treatment planning and case discussions with other clinicians and team members. Competent in obtaining excellent records including intra-oral digital scanning, radiography, photography, dental charting, and notes. Work as part of the dental team in delivering first class patient experiences Take a leading role in the delivery of therapy-led routine and preventative care for all adult and child patients Engage with new techniques, develop competency in delivery of modern day adhesive direct dentistry with rubber dam isolation techniques. Take lead in the implementation of advanced periodontal assessment, diagnosis, and non-surgical periodontal therapies.
