Joining us in an Administrative role at either MI5, MI6 or GCHQ, means you'll be providing the vital administrative service behind the UK's Intelligence Services. You could be gathering information, writing reports, managing databases, arranging meetings and travel, or supporting intelligence operations - you'll work as part of a friendly, collaborative team enabling our organisations to function.
As a Senior Admin Officer with MI5, you will provide vital administrative support across a variety of business areas. You could work in a number of departments such as HR, Finance, Records Management or Information Management, and a range of tasks and responsibilities you could be involved in. Day to day you will be responsible for collating information and managing databases as well as some research and project work. You may be required to write up reports on your findings, which will be used to support our decision making. Other responsibilities may include arranging meetings, diary management as well as arranging travel.

Applications for Senior Admin Officer roles, based in London, Cheltenham or Manchester, will open on Monday 13th January at 10:00. Please note that the eligibility criteria for this role is two GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English Language at grades A*-C/9-4, or 12 months continuous experience in an administrative role.
Once you register, we'll send you an invitation to the events, but here are the dates and times.
Question and Answer sessions: We'll be running six sessions in total, but the content will be the same across all of them, so you only need to attend one. Each session will last 30 minutes:
