Your role will involve supporting various digital marketing tasks to help raise awareness and spread the story of the important work we do. We'll look to you to: Create engaging social media content : Help produce visuals and copy for social media, supporting both regular posts and collaborations across all platforms. Assist with video production : Support the filming and editing of internal video content. Manage and update digital content : Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to create and update website content, email campaigns, and social media posts. Support SEO and performance tracking : Help track and report on the performance of digital content and assist with implementing SEO strategies to improve visibility. Help with CRM and digital databases : Help to manage The Mulberry Bush Charity’s website CRM (WordPress) and ensure all digital databases are kept up to date. Follow policies and contribute to the community : Carry out all tasks in line with Mulberry Bush School’s policies, prioritising safeguarding and child protection, while contributing to the wider Mulberry Bush community. If you're a creative, proactive person with a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you Essential requirements: Currently pursuing or have completed a college course or degree in Marketing or a related field. Passionate about social media, with a solid understanding of digital trends. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar and punctuation. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office applications and internet/research proficiency. Highly organised with great attention to detail, able to multitask and prioritise effectively. Ability to build positive relationships within and outside the team. Motivated to take initiative, solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A ‘can-do’ attitude and a dynamic approach to work, with the ability to stay flexible when priorities shift. Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). Knowledge of all types of social media marketing strategies. Familiarity with content marketing, blogging, and email marketing. Experience using tools like Canva or CapCut for simple content editing. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends. Prepared to travel for marketing and fundraising events as needed.
