Apprentice Childcare Assistant
Location: Primary schools near Godalming, Guildford, Haslemere, and surrounding villages.

About the Role
As an apprentice, you’ll assist in our before and after school clubs and soft play based creche, helping to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for all children. Responsibilities include:
Supporting children with creative activities like arts and crafts.
Assisting with reading and other educational activities.
Helping to prepare and serve simple meals.
You’ll work under the guidance of an experienced supervisor who will mentor you as you develop skills and gain experience in childcare.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who:
Have enthusiasm and a genuine passion for working with children.
Are reliable, energetic, and eager to learn.
No prior qualifications or experience are required. As part of the apprenticeship, you’ll work towards gaining a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification through a training provider, fully supported by us.

Travel requirements: Many of our sites are in rural locations, so access to your own transport is essential.
