The Role As our Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the online platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who is passionate about online retail and has a proven track record in e-commerce success. Please note this role is office based and not a remote position. Responsibilities Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the website, ensuring it reflects the brand's premium image and runs efficiently. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and sales. Product Management: Manage the online product catalogue, including adding new items, optimizing product descriptions, and ensuring high-quality imagery. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance, customer behaviour, and sales data using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities. User Experience: Continuously improve the online shopping experience, focusing on functionality, aesthetics, and ease of navigation. Collaboration: Work closely with the store team and marketing partners to ensure consistency across all channels. Customer Engagement: Oversee online customer service, addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Picking & Packing: Ensure all orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched promptly and efficiently. Ad hoc tasks: You may occasionally be required to perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.Experience Required Previous experience in e-commerce management (ideally within retail or fashion) Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing) Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (experience with Shopify or similar is highly desirable). Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics to inform decisions. Creative flair with an eye for premium design and branding.
