Role: Administrator / Office Manager
Location: Hatfield
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 30 mins lunch break (flexible on start / end time)
Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 an hour, weekly pay
OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Administrator / Office Manager to join our client based in Hatfield on a Temporary basis for a period of months.
We are looking for an highly competent IT user, who is confident, organised, strong attention to detail and "can do" attitude!
Duties of an Administrator / Office Manager:
Oversee the smooth running of the office
Front of house reception, greet visitors and manage inbox
Provide a small amount of admin support to the CEO
Admin support for meetings, taking minutes and making refreshments
Support induction staff
Coordinate internal staff meetings and communications
Day to day contact and escalation point for IT managed services provider
What we would like from you:
Previous experience of office management
Strong administration background
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Packages
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Facilities management is desirable (H&S)
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Available to start ASAP
