Our client is looking for a Sales Admin to provide exceptional customer support while helping to drive sales and meet performance targets. If you have a background in sales and enjoy delivering top-tier customer service, this role is for you!
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Previous sales experience is essential
A professional and engaging telephone manner
Highly organized, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Provide customer support on specific products dependant on their need
Providing information regarding recycle scheme
Drive sales while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Manage invoicing, record-keeping, and payment tracking
Handle internal and external customer queries, ensuring excellent service at all times
