Assistant Tax Manager

The Role
This is a key role in the tax team. You will be supporting on various projects both here in the UK and across our site sin the US, Europe and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Tax Advisory:
1. Provide detailed tax advice on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax issues.
2. Identify tax planning opportunities and risks.
3. Manage processes such as WHT, R&D credits, and support Transfer Pricing initiatives.
Tax Compliance and Reporting:
4. Assist in reviewing year-end tax provision accounting.
5. Review and prepare corporate tax returns.
6. Ensure compliance with tax legislation and timely submission of required documents.
7. Assist with tax audits.
Team Collaboration:
8. Work closely with other functions to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.
9. Support Tax Managers/Director across various workstreams.
10. Assist in developing and delivering internal training programs.
Continuous Improvement:
11. Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and best practices.
12. Enhance current processes and systems, and contribute to developing and implementing new processes for improved efficiency and service quality.
