Prepare students for any relevant external examinations Fostering Artistic Exploration and Development: Create a stimulating learning environment that allows students to experiment with different media, techniques, and artistic styles. Provide opportunities for students to showcase their artwork and connect with the wider artistic community (if applicable). The Ideal Candidate: A qualified Art Teacher with a minimum of 2 years' successful teaching experience in a secondary school setting. A demonstrated passion for art education and a commitment to fostering creativity, artistic exploration, and individual expression in students. Excellent subject knowledge and a strong foundation in various art disciplines, techniques, and historical contexts. Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive, and differentiated Art lessons. A commitment to high standards and the ability to create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
