As we continue to expand and innovate, we seek a dynamic and highly organized Interim Executive Assistant to support our CEO on an interim basis. The Opportunity. The Interim Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives. This is a temporary position, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and communications. Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and other key events. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports. Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO. What you need to succeed. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
