The role is focused on ensuring the highest standards in teaching, learning, and assessment, aligning apprenticeship delivery with both internal standards and regulatory requirements.Duties:Quality Assurance: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes for all apprenticeship programmes, ensuring compliance with external regulatory bodies such as Ofsted and ESFA.SAR and QIP Management: Oversee the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) for apprenticeship programmes, ensuring accurate reporting and effective implementation of improvement actions.Curriculum Development: Collaborate with curriculum leaders to design, evaluate, and enhance apprenticeship curriculum, ensuring they meet industry standards and the needs of apprentices.Audit and Compliance: Lead the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes comply with relevant policies, regulations and standards.Performance Monitoring and data analysis: Regula...
