Our client, a globally recognised engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their expanding team, working on high-profile water projects across Scotland. With a proven track record of successful project delivery and ambitious plans for growth, this is your chance to play a key role in transforming the industry.
About the Role
As a Site Agent, you will take charge of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Your leadership will be critical in mentoring your project team, fostering strong on-site relationships, and driving efficiency in every aspect of project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting regular safety audits and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Managing on-site logistics and resources effectively.
Identifying and resolving project delays or challenges.
Requirements and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering water projects.
A strong background in civil engineering.
Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid CSCS and SMSTS qualifications.
SHEA Water certification (desirable).
A full UK driving licence.
