Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Business Development Manager to lead our Ophthalmology launch in the East of England.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales through account management and promotion to Healthcare Professionals and healthcare accounts.
* Deliver strategic and promotional sales to achieve prescribing depth and formulary inclusion.
* Identify and optimize local market access opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Estimated annual salary: £50,000 - £60,000 based on title, location, and industry standards.
* Car allowance, monthly bonus (15% of target with potential for overachievement), healthcare, and more.
Requirements:
* Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) qualified.
* Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Ideal experience in Ophthalmology (desirable, not essential).
* Excellent understanding of the National Health Service (NHS), ICBs, and Integrated Care Systems (ICS) structures.
