We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our team in Newmarket, Suffolk on a full-time permanent basis. This is a hybrid role where you will be required to come to the office 4 days per week.

About the role:
As a Paid Media Executive, you will be helping to drive our digital marketing success. You will lead our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, optimising and refining them to ensure maximum ROI. Your role is central to our strategy, providing you with the opportunity to grow alongside the business.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Develop, implement, and manage diverse paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Continuously monitor and optimise campaign performance with a focus on bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and utilise audience targeting strategies to ensure campaigns effectively reach their intended audience.
Implement and manage A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to maximise effectiveness.
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Analyse campaign data and generate performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytical tools to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
Present campaign performance results to stakeholders, clearly articulating findings and actionable insights.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, including their latest features, best practises, and algorithm updates.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
About You:
You will have previous experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, coupled with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and compelling manner are essential. You should be able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high-quality performance as well as have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and trends.
