What We're Looking For Qualifications : Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management) or equivalent. Experience : Proven managerial experience within a similar setting, ideally in a CQC-regulated environment. Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
