Memcom Recruitment are looking for an outstanding and positive Learning and Organisational Development professional to join as a L&D Executive to help build and progress a culture of continuous improvement in this highly respected professional body based in Central London.
Proactive and motivated to learn, you’ll help develop and implement a range of learning and development strategies, putting together career plans, and designing resources such as e-learning courses, workshops and more besides.
The ideal candidate will offer up-to-date experience in an L&D role and knowledge of workforce development in learning and organisational development. You’ll be a hardworking, practical and solutions-driven individual, capable of designing and delivering skills development programmes, leading workshops and presenting complex information in non-technical ways.
As well as having highly developed written and verbal communication and presentation skills the chosen candidate will have familiarity with professional practices, and above all a positive, driven and can-do attitude in their pursuit of excellence.
