Role description:
To be the controller of all operational financial activities within the business. Working with a fractional CFO and a part time bookkeeper the role is a perfect opportunity to fully own all of the operational financial activities of the business with a small but growing team working side by side with the Operations Team.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Own the month end close process
* Financial analysis of all business activities
* Oversea the controlling framework within the company, ensuring sales/purchases/VAT/payroll all completed correctly and on time
* Management of the bookkeeper
* Budget assistance and analysis
* Business partnering the wider commercial team
* Working closely with the CEO to build a robust financial framework to support our growth ambitions
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE
* High level of analytical skills
* Experience of working in an entrepreneurial fast moving environment
* A can do attitude and willingness to get involved in all areas of the business
