Organise and manage diaries, meetings and appointments. Prepare and process important documents and reports. Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues on behalf of the team. Maintain and organise digital and physical files. Assist in project coordination and management. Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. Contribute positively to the overall functioning of the department. Profile A successful Personal Assistant should have: A strong educational background in a relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. A keen attention to detail. A proactive approach to tasks and challenges. The ability to maintain confidentiality. Job Offer A competitive salary range of £27,000 to £33,000 per annum.
