Job summary We are a friendly and supportive GP practice located in Rotherham seeking a part time / full time experienced receptionist/administrative. It is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. Main duties of the job The main duties of the position include answering the telephone, working at the reception front desk, managing and booking appointments, Systmone tasks, Systmone scanning and attaching, handling emails, taking prescription requests, registering patients, and performing some general administrative duties. You will receive full support. About us We have 6 GP Partners and 5 salaried GPs, several trainee GPs, we have a practice nursing team, which consists of phlebotomist, HCAs, Nurse Associates and Practice Nurses. We work very closely with the PCN and the surgeries in the PCN. We have a population of 15000 patients over two sites. We are a friendly team that values, supports and develops their staff.
