* To provide friendly,?courteous,?and professional service?at all times?to the highest standards, leading by example.?
* To build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business.?
* To develop a learning culture and to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded.?
* To manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals?
* To ensure all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.?
* Analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate them back to your team, finding ways to improve and learn.?
About you:
* You have 2 ?years?+ experience in this position?
* You have the experience?and skills?to oversee and support?a team of managers, as well as the entire front of house operation.?
* You love to wow guests with exceptional service, and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service.?
* You have excellent English language skills?
