Job Description
* Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
* Assisting with recruitment and selection processes.
* Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
* Coordinating training and development initiatives.
* Overseeing performance management procedures.
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

The Successful Applicant
* CIPD Qualified or a Degree in Human Resources.
* Proven experience in an HR advisory role within the FMCG industry.
* Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
