And it all starts with you, one of their first BDRs.
You'll be selling digital transformation services to c-suite and senior management at some of the best financial institutions in the market - Monzo, Revolut, Starling.
Their current portfolio boasts the likes Dior, Ralph Lauren, Uber and the Bank of America.
You'll drive new business on a daily business outreach, so you'll NEED to enjoy sales calls. As well as socials, events and email (boo!).
They've got all the tools available here for you to overachieve.
You categorise yourself as a professional, so you'll (obviously) have your preferred sales selling methodology - perhaps MEDDPICC.
ADS sits at £50k, with CLV sitting between £1mil - £1mil. You'd eat from the the whole duration.
You'll be accountable for a £1mil target, whilst reporting into a director who's had six promotions in eight years. Yes, six.
Ideally, you'll be based in the North West and be happy to work one to two days a week on site in Liverpool.
Max salary is £65k (please don't expect anymore) with comms sitting around 4% - uncapped.
OTE would see you take home circa £150k with bonuses.
