Job summary Applications are invited for the post of Consultant in Endocrinology/General (Internal) Medicine (10 PAs) at Addenbrooke's Hospital on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. This represents a phase of significant expansion in the Clinical Endocrinology service and offers an exciting opportunity to consolidate and further develop Specialist Endocrinology in Cambridge. Main duties of the job The applicant will play a significant role in the development and expansion of our nationally and internationally recognised thyroid service and the appointee will have the opportunity to contribute to other areas of endocrine practice including outpatient and inpatient endocrine practice. The appointee will be expected to contribute to in-patient duties, which includes some general medical patients, but not to the general medical on-call rota. You will be fully registered with the GMC and ideally have a CCT in Diabetes and Endocrinology or be within six months of award of CCT at the time of interview.
